“I play bass, I produce, I write songs.”- Alberto Albis

Alberto Albis is a musician in the truest sense of the word. He possesses the drive and passion to make the kind of music that can both move you, and make you rock.

The Colombian native came to LA to study bass at the world famous LA Music Academy after studying classical music at “Universidad de los Andes” in Colombia.

A member of Viva La Union for seven years, Albis helped to create the band’s unique sound, prompting other artists to seek his exerptise.

Outside of Viva La Union, he has worked with Roy Ashen, Karisa Winett, Erin Alden, The Crash Poets, Carina Ricco, Laura Pausini, Rockstar INXS Mig Ayesa, Dorian Cheah, Dan Sistos, Kelly Fauth, Megan Arial and many more. Because of his musical skills, he started to become the musical director for different artists, which lead to his interest in producing. As he started to get more involved in the creative process with the artists he was working with, he realized that he had more to offer that just playing a great bass line.

Alberto is currently playing bass, writing and producing some new material with Viva la Union, and Erin Alden.
